Sherman Carter
Sherman, MBA, is an experienced CFO and is recognized as a strong business partner with a track record of driving growth and profit improvement as well as translating strategic initiatives into P&L results.

He has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance and currently serves as a Board of Directors Member of Commonwealth Corporation as well as a Finance Committee Member of the Board of Trustees of Match Charter Public School.
​
Sherman earned his BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his MBA from Babson College.

Tonya Kent
Tonya has over 25 years of diverse experience in accounting and finance. She has held leadership roles in a variety of organizations and has been recognized for her ability to provide excellent support to her partners. She is adept at analyzing company financials and recommending strategies to support critical leadership decision-making.

Adding to the diversity of her analytical skills, she previously worked as a Director of Sales helping to optimize the activity of the sales staff.
Tonya earned a BS in Accounting and a BS in Management from Northeastern University.
